Baggage Shipping

As one of the independent baggage shipping company, Kingaru Logistics has the skills and experience to forward your belongings safely and securely to almost anywhere in the world. Established 10 years ago, our service covers 300 countries and territories using air freight, sea freight and road freight to deliver in more than 25,000 destinations. All your baggage shipping requirements are handled smoothly and efficiently from collection, freighting and documentation to customs clearance and delivery.

International Shipping by Sea or Air

At Kingaru Logistics, you can choose to send your belongings by sea or air, and in the case of some European, US destinations, by road. Under some circumstances it is more cost-effective to use air freight, even for large quantities. Sea freight and road freight charges are determined by volume (the space taken up by the baggage you are shipping), while air freight rates are based on size or weight, whichever is the greater.

TIPS ON PACKING EXCESS LUGGAGE

  • Always ensure that breakables are placed at the centre of the carton, away from edges, corners and sides.
  • Use bubble wrap, wrapping paper or even soft materials such as clothing and linen to pack around fragile items and to fill spaces.
  • Be certain not to leave space in a carton: pack as tightly as possible to prevent movement and the possibility of items being damaged.
  • Do not put the handling staff at risk from punctured cartons. Keep sharp objects away from edges or sides.
  • Kingaru Logistic recommends that you avoid packing liquids such as wine, spirit or perfume. There is always the chance they could leak, ruining your belongings and other people’s. Moreover, such baggage shipping or luggage shipping accidents are not covered by insurance policies.

Don’t pack your box too heavy or too loosely.

Too heavy will ruin your back

Too loose will ruin your stuff
